Titan is such an underrated bag company. They really make some awesome and often unique stuff. I wish Titan would improve their stock images, but that’s just a personal preference. Despite often being overshadowed by more visually appealing competitors, Titan bags consistently deliver excellent performance on the boards. In this review, we’ll take a closer look at the Titan Tyrant cornhole bags, examining their features, performance, and overall playability.

The Titan Tyrant vornhole bags come in a medium-sized template that feels perfect in hand, with medium-full fullness that provides a satisfying grip. Almost every Titan bag I’ve tried has this same template size, which I love. The feel is fantastic, especially when compared to competitor bags with similar materials.
Design and Aesthetics
Titan makes excellent cornhole bags, but their designs can be polarizing. If most of their bags weren’t so darn ugly, I think they’d sell a ton more. I’ve honestly had bags in my cart multiple times and changed my mind before buying just because I couldn’t bring myself to buy a bag with such terrible color schemes and child-like designs. Now that isn’t always the case. These Tyrants actually look pretty awesome. I’ve owned some cool looking kings throwing bags too. I’ve wanted Devastators for a while now, but their generic design looks like an image from an elementary school “identify the animal” book. Their pro series bags are pretty awesome looking though. I just hate the stock images. Enough with the side rant.
Material Behavior & Performance
Let’s talk about the Tyrant bags and how they play. These bags feature two pretty familiar materials. The slow side plays about a 5 under normal conditions. It’s the same material featured on so many other bags. It’s the slow side of the psycho x, buffalo hype, BG Assassin, etc. Under normal conditions it’s great.
In humidity I hate it. It gums up to play more like a 3. The fast side of the tyrant is the Viking fast. It’s a soft material that plays a 7 as it claims. Here I you have a 5/7 bag. That’s good speeds, especially for the harder throwers. When boards were quick, I really enjoyed throwing this bag. They are a smaller “medium” sized template. It’s perfect. The medium-full fullness is right where I like a bag to be. These felt great in my hand. Under normal conditions, I personally prefer a little quicker. However, there is definitely a time and place when I could see myself using these.
My only disclaimer to the Tyrant is that both of these materials slow wayyyyy down in humidity. This will not be the bag you want to use when the boards are sticky or damp. The already slower 5/7 will turn into an unusable 3/4. This bag is great, but situational for sure. Almost every Titan bag I’ve thrown has this same medium sized template. I love it. Their bags feel so good in my hand. Almost every bag they make has the same materials as a competitor, I like Titans version better. I like the venom better than the sure fire. I like Rav Fury better than the Lucky Celtic. That’s awesome considering they are almost always cheaper also. Take a look at more Titan cornhole bags
Customer Experience and Value
Titan has fantastic customer service based on my personal experience. They sponsor some impressive players as well. That paired with the extensive bag option list, makes for a buffet of buying possibilities. They are one of my favorite companies. I just wish they made better looking bags, but hey… to each their own.
