Best Professional Cornhole Bags (2024-2025)

Cornhole being a pro league sport demands professional gears such as the best professional cornhole bags. Many of you people as a professional cornhole sportsman must be looking for the best bags for a competitive and even more chaotic game. Professional bags are now winning people’s attention and my reviews are based on my experience and my most favorable attributes. Their designs, plays, performances, and materials are worth reviewing for.

Your playing style and having pro cornhole gears are proportionate to each other. If you have good bags, then definitely your game will reach the smoothest level and will be achievable.

Note: My likes and dislikes are impactful but it doesn’t mean to affect your point of view. You must consider all the likings and don’t ignore your preferences and styles.

What Type of Professional Cornhole Bags Should You Throw?

What Type of Professional Cornhole Bags Should You Throw

If you haven’t noticed, there are hundreds of different professional cornhole bags to choose from. Some bags are slow and land under a five on the speed scale, while others are faster, landing at six or above. Some bags are bouncy and will cut, while others land smooth and go straight up the board. So, what bags are best for you? The answer depends on a few key factors.

1. Understand Your Throw Style

Do you throw high and soft, or lower and hard? If you have a softer throw, you’d probably prefer a faster bag, like a Viper or Ruby. On the other hand, if you throw with more power, you might want a stickier bag, such as one made with carpet material. Your throw style plays a major role in determining which bag will complement your game.

2. Consider Your Playstyle

Another important question is: what type of gameplay do you prefer? If you’re focused on consistently sinking all four bags, faster bags will usually work better. However, if you’re more of a tactical player who likes to set blocks, rolls, and cuts, a stickier bag may suit you. While you can play any style with any bag, choosing one that aligns with your playstyle can give you an edge in competitive play.

3. Think About Fill and Feel

Fill and feel are crucial factors in professional cornhole bags. A bag with mixed fill will be more active, making it easier to execute roll or cut shots, but it might cut when you don’t want it to. Bags with flat disc fill, on the other hand, land smoother and have less kick. Some bags are fluffier, which helps with smooth landings, while others are bouncier. The feel of a bag in your hand can be a personal dealbreaker for some players, so pay attention to what feels right.

4. Evaluate the Fast Side of the Bag

Each bag has a secondary fast side. The speed of this side can vary, and it’s important to consider how fast you want it to be. A fast side with a speed rating of seven offers more control but may struggle with push shots. A faster side, rated nine or ten, collects better but may be harder to control. Mid-speed bags, which land around five on the speed scale, offer a balanced option for players who aren’t sure where to start.

5. Try Before You Buy

If you don’t know what type of bag is best for you, it’s a good idea to try popular choices like the Ultra Viper R, Surefire, or Typhoon. Starting with a well-rounded professional bag will help you figure out what you need moving forward. Ultimately, the best professional cornhole bag to throw is the one that feels right for you. Go to blind draws, throw other players’ bags, and experiment before making your purchase.

Best Professional Cornhole Bags (2024-2025)

When it comes to professional cornhole, the bags you choose can make or break your game. Below is a list of the top professional bags for the 2024-2025 season, each offering something unique in terms of playability. These bags are all ACL-approved and have been widely used by professional players. Here I’m suggesting the best picks in my experience based on durability, versatility speed, and many other thoughtful characteristics.

Typhoon – Reynolds Cornhole Bags

Typhoon - Reynolds Cornhole Bags

I picked up this bag on the go for a quick party and tournament and was having doubtful trust in this pick. I liked the appearance of the bag and high esteemed brand. My all throws manifest a positive review on the bag. My first throw was strenuous but after I learned the strategy of using the bag, it was got all amazing and mind blasting game. This bag is filled with river sand and has a double stitched seam.

The bags are regulation weight and have a peak sturdiness, have appreciated pricing, and work well with both upper and downsides. It functions for a long life and is durable enough to play lots of games with them. The speed of the bag is as fast as a pro league game desires and ranks 9/10. I was personally impressed by the speed of the bag and no doubt it turned out great.

The only drawback about the bags was they were sensitive to heat and may tear out but still, I was able to win my biggest tournament. The most deal making fact is it comes with a carrying case and is easy for traveling. The overall performance of this efficient bag is 9.5/10. The ranking lacks 0.5 because of the lack of all weather resistance.

Seva Slasher

Seva Slasher cornhole bags

The second professional bean bag is Seva Slasher cornhole bags. My first purchase was from Seva Sports and I am very proud of their products and their hard work to offer valuable things to their customers. It’s soft. Kind of like a shag attack, sort of like a viper r.

I used them for a Christmas party and after finding outstanding results, I extended this bag to my ACL events. These bags progressed their level to the highest rank because of its dual sided feature for better accuracy, the Slide/Stick sides.  These bags are durable and these bags are the perfect addition to my cornhole game collection. The dual sided design is a game changer, allowing you to have full control over every independent throw.

The tournament–quality construction of these bags is evident making them a comfortable pick for countless hours of outdoor fun. The only criticism is all the backs were of same color, making you flip them over to tally the score.

Other than that, I have used these bags for tailgating too and it never disappoints my choice of playing in every corner, Haha!

The canvas sides is perfect for sliding throws, ensures a smooth glide across cornhole board. On the other side, the suede-like side offers exquisite stopping power and is excellent for fueling my aim and determination.

The drawback was it is not a waterproof bag and I got lost one of my bags by leaving it in the rain, unfortunately.

Ultra Viper-RS

Ultra Viper RS

Ultra makes arguably the most high quality bags I’ve seen. Ultra is also maybe the most argued about bag company in the game. You either love them or hate them. It’s undeniable that they’ve created two of the most popular bags in cornhole history with the Viper and Viper R.

Here’s my initial impressions of the all-new Viper-RS.

1. Appearance – It’s definitely an Ultra Cornhole thing. However, the Viper-RS bags look great.

2. Usability – The break in was really quick and they were “game ready” by 6:30pm (estimated elapsed time from receipt to playing was 6 1/2 hours). How did I break them in? Following a warm water wash & medium heat dry with a load of clothes, I threw for 40 minutes. Remember, with the hybrid carpet, DO NOT overheat the material or you’ll lose the squareness of the bag.

3. Feel of bag – The “FEEL” was immediately satisfying, and I must note, I personally like the feeling of the seams with the Seam-Lok (Trademarked). The seams are slightly more pronounced and this is helpful to I my very unorthodox grip (due to surgeries and numbness) where I have less than a 1/4 of the bag (Corner grip too) in just part of my 1/2 my hand. I could feel substance at the seams and this provides me assurance of feeling more in control. See accompanying photos.

4. The fill – The new proprietary and Trademarked Tribrid “FILL” played amazing in all aspects, and I put the bags through the paces of racing, blocking, pushing, bullying, airmailing, (yes, a few roll shots too) rolling, and/ or going “skinny”. Yes, the bags performed exceptionally well.

Podium – Yes. Just a 3rd because I wasn’t playing the racing game. Rather, I put the new bags through their paces.

Gladiator Bags

Gladiator cornhole Bags

Again comes with the Amazon shop and again smiling ear to ear with my purchase. Didn’t like the speed, it was a bit slow and against my expectations, I will give it 7/10 on ranking but still a worthy choice to play the game with these bags. I used my muscles to throw fast and you can also consider this substitute, haha. Maybe the speed of the bags goes satisfied as per your standards.

The overall bag was great and performed beyond my expectations in almost tons of games. It was a durable and heavy duty bag, good sturdiness and dual sided features improved its accuracy. Suitable for every game either in the backyard, indoor or outdoor parties, or for skillful and tough games.

The long lasting bags and definitely able to save your investment. It was all well made and the fabric is of quality material. It has great size, expanded functionality, is lightweight, and comes with a nice carrying bag that indicates that this professional cornhole bag is also portable. They last for continuous use.

Fire Incinerator Cornhole Bags

It’s a carpet bag. It also seems to feature a round bead fill (or at least mostly). It’s full and puffy. I’m sure because it’s new and solid priced that the Fire fateful will love it. I like how these aren’t a floppy mess in my grip like some other faster bags I have thrown. These could give Pro Snipers a run for my goto fast bag.

This bag feels so good and complete, it is lightweight and a perfect upgraded bag. These microfiber square bags play longer and put a professional image among the observers. I like plain solid colors always so picking these bags due to this reason Is also true.

Skip the stress of searching for professional bags and go for a Fire manufacturer as these are heavy-duty and durable enough to have a courageous game. The quality, money, and storage capacity of the tossing game are satisfactory, however, I don’t like the bag size. The tub comes with a bag to store is a notifying substitute of bag size. They are portable enough to travel with you anywhere, everywhere.

These bags if used by children and abused by them, they will still hold up well and won’t lose their health. These bags are much better than come with a triumph cornhole set. I played this bag in cold as well as hot weather conditions and not even a zero percent was compromised. All weather resistant bags are always best for professionals so I recommend this for you people too.

Brightz BagBrigthz LED Cornhole Bags (More Casual)

Keep the game continued after dark! I have chosen the best pick in my life only because of its brightening feature. These are the bags equipped with waterproof LED lights and carry no dislikes. You can pass your time at night too, and the lights around you are not necessary due to these professional bright bean bags. After finding this, I almost play all my games at night with my friends to enjoy the weather and nature and it feels so pleasurable on my hands.

Being a night and dark person, this bag is literally among the greatest professional bean bags. Before this purchase, we brought lights every time but after we broke it for the first time, it was a crowd hit. The including extra feature lights up really well and is so fascinating, especially for everyone I played the game with. I love the quality and materials used in this bag for good functioning.

This bag offers no compromises. Additionally, this bean bag is easy to maintain and has a battery replacement offer to ensure your bags are always ready to play and are luminous.

The durability of the bag is enhanced and is well stable enough to enjoy every setting either indoor or outdoor. I will rate the durability 7/10. These bags are functional in All-weather conditions with no lack of performance and are sturdy. These bags are so fun and I love the blue glow. It could have blasted longer but overall it is enjoyable.

SC Professional Dual sided cornhole bags

The build quality, fined material, and design of the tossing game are very rewarding and excellent. It is heavy duty, the stitching looks solid, and the bags hold up great with no holes or scratches. I appreciate the working of these bags and the weight. However, the stickiness of these bags differs from the others, it tends to get a bit faster and less grippy after using two months.

Using these bags in professional games is very impressive and never lower my head down in front of my opponent teams. I used these bags for almost 6 months and the durability is just wow, it is still the same and still energetic. The premium resin fill agrees on consistency and applause friendly performance.

You can play these cornhole bags even in your rocked driveway, and still sit nicely in the hands. These bags are exactly the same in any setting and you can use them for any occasion without any hesitation and stress of its damage. It is highly recommended and fits well in the template even for beginners.

Professional Cornhole Bags & Brands to Watch

Lucky Clovers – a newer and slightly fuller carpet that I demoed. Played pretty fast initially. They said they’d play fast earlier then slow down. I’d guess a 5-6/9 bag. Pro sniper fast. Should be an awesome bag. One of the bags I’m most interested in reviewing. Read Full Review

Lucky Lucianos– Sure Fire fast with herringbone carpet. This is a cool looking bag. Love the name too. Id say a Wizard variant. Read Full Review

Lucky Trinity– Sure Fire fast with a different slow side. It sort of resembles the material on the Seva Dark horse slow, but it’s not the same. Very curious about this bag. It’s unlike anything else I’ve seen.

Black Sheep Sentenced– These were available for sale yet, but LD always brings fire. This bag looks like a sorcerer variant. Same (or similar) fast and slow materials. The sentenced design I saw reminds me of the old death row records logo. This bag is gonna be popular. By the way, the new OG2 designs are SICK! Retro rides.

Cornhole Coastal Creature– This might be the bag that I am most excited to throw. It’s pro sniper fast with herringbone carpet. It’s a fallout X variant. BUT, Cornhole Coastal brings their round bead fill to the party. This bag is a touch fuller and larger template. This bag is gonna be crazy hole friendly. Side note: they have some of the sickest apparel in the building.

Seva Smash– sure fire slow, meets an 8-9 fast material. Fuller bag as well. Felt nice. Think fuller Sure Fire.

Swag Bazooka– Swag has won me over since my first review. Chauncey is a stand up dude. They are working on a bag called the bazooka. Oh man. Yeah it’s gonna be a good one. Full, nice hand feel. Crazy hole friendly. He actually spent some time with me picking my brain on what I thought the perfect bag material combos would be. That’s cool that a bag maker would consider my opinion. See where it listed in our Best Cornhole Bags Review

Buffalo Frenzy– I love Buffalo bags. Most importantly to me, is they are men of faith and proudly share it. They launched 3 new bags and I have all three that will hit the review board for me starting next week. The frenzy is the interesting one here. It looks like a slow hybrid carpet similar to a kombat. The fast is a new material that I don’t recognize. I’m guess a 7/8, but we will see.

Buffalo Shadow– I’m PUMPED to throw this bag. This might be the bag I was most intrigued to get that I saw today. It’s a softer sorcerer type material. They say it plays a 10 speed. It’s paired with a carpet material that is on the Brotherhood guardians that I LOVE. I can’t wait to break these in and throw them.

Buffalo Sauced– Deadhead fast and Costello X slow. I couldn’t decide if I wanted this bag or the shadow. I love this carpet material and I love the fast side. And I really think this bag could be a hit. It is a viper r type variant made by Buffalo. This is one you’re gonna want to keep an eye on. Literally. These bags have an eye ball graphic. Haha.

Gnarly (stamped)– The big thing with gnarly to report is the the 2024 ACL Pro stamp. No more comp only. I’ve never thrown any of their stuff but I’ve heard a lot of good things, plus I got to meet Jimmy today and we talked bags a while. Every bag they have honestly feels good. They have sweet graphics too. An underrated bag company that I think will make an impression with throwers this year.

Nola (not a vendor)– Got to finally meet my boy Billy Webb in person. He’s here competing, not throwing . Of course he had a bag full of goodies to share with me. Trust me, Nola is gonna have some nice stuff releasing soon. They never cease to surprise me. Some revisions coming, plus some all new surprises. Stay tuned.

BG- no Witchers there until later next week. However, they did bring back my favorite bag design of all time with the old midnight sky shapeshifter. They are featured on the 2024 shapeshifters and assassins.

Kontraband- one of my favorite bag companies, but nothing new. They had some cool hats I wanted though, but sold them both before I could come back. Haha. Still some of the best bags in the game in terms of hole friendliness.

Final Thoughts

These recommended cornhole bags have high verdicts and are authentic. They are liked the most due to their out of the box attributes such as durability, zero compromised durability, performance, and sturdiness. Well, don’t ignore the LED-featured cornhole bag which is already among the best professional bean bags without any doubt.

Rest your tension, and go for the bags that fulfill your requirements and demands too.
